where can i go in person to buy chrome rims and tires for a dodge caravan?

hi, does anyone know where i can go in person to buy rims and tires for a 1997 dodge caravan. If they are used that is ok as well i need somewhere in Providence Rhode Island or some other city close to Providence in Rhode Island.

I'd go to a salvage yard, they probably have hundreds for a Caravan, that's a very common vehicle. If you want new ones go to Tires Plus or Discount Tire, they sell wheels, as do a million other places.

If I buy new rims+tires that are already on another car can I just switch them to my car and drive away?

Do I have to do anything so my car will ride ok.
I am going from stock 16 inch rims with normal tires to 18 inch chrome rims with low profile tires.

You have to check the offset of the rim, the wrong one will cause poor handling. Offset is what actually locates the wheel and tire, relative to the vehicle suspension. Here is a quick explanation.

Additionally, a representative from the dealership told police four vehicles had their 20-inch tires and rims stolen from the vehicles. The value of the 16 tires and 16 rims was $14,349. The cars were recovered but the rims and tires were not salvageable, authorities said. Suppose Hodgson ordered Daniels, who was represented by defense lawyer Jon Fox, to share with his alleged co-conspirators in the payment of $14,349 in reparation to cover the costs of the tires and rims. Co-conspirator Antwan David McClam, 20, of Washington, D.C., was sentenced earlier this week to six-to-23 months in the county incarcerate, to be followed by three years’ probation, after he pleaded guilty to theft-related charges. Devon Lamont Ratcliff, 21, of Waldorf, Md., once pleaded guilty to charges of possessing
