What is the best Bi-Xenon HID kit to buy?

My car has a bulb for high / low beam, so I am looking at buying a bi-xenon (dual beam) kit.
Can you recommend a good, maybe ebay?

YES YOU NEED my car the same as BI-XENON HID buy PHILLIPS MADE IN GERMANY FOR 3 YEARS GO HAD NO PROBLEMS OR WHAT NOT GO CHEAP KITS.

Good website to order bi xenon hid kit?

Yes, I bought one from eBay as cheap ones. They seem to flicker and the lights do not have high beams. What is a good website where I can order a Bi Xenon HID kit I want something that's good for a reasonable price.

I recommend 6000K bc is a beautiful bright white with blue tint. I got my HID kits purchased from http://ultrahid.com/
I bought the 9004 bixenon and they are pretty good quality. They dont blink and you're right about eBay.

If the passage has seemed a little brighter these days, it’s not your eyes playing tricks on you. Many automakers, especially the premium brands, use elated-intensity discharge headlights, or HID, which produce a bright white light.

“The light intensity is closer to a real light,” says Hayato Mori, manager of product planning at Honda Canada. “HIDs put out be exposed that is much more intense than a halogen headlight. They also use less electricity.”

A conventional halogen headlight is an incandescent bulb. It uses a filament that heats up to invent light, while the halogen gas inside the bulb increases the light’s intensity and helps to lengthen the filament’s lifespan.

HID headlights don’t use filaments. In place of, they contain a gas, most commonly xenon, which lights up when electricity flows into a diode in the headlight. This is similar to the way a fluorescent light works, but the xenon gas lights up much faster. Even so, HID headlights still for to warm up, and if your car has them, you’ll notice that it takes a few seconds before they reach their full brightness.
