I currently have a 2007 Honda accord and since I'm new to the whole car upgrading I was wondering how to make it into a " High Performance " car. I would appreciate that your answers specific.

The basic performance upgrades (BPU) can help the performance: Cold air intake, headers, and catback exhaust. You can take it up a notch and install lightened pulleys.

Here are Wednesday's Picket police reports:

Carlisle Police (243-5252)

• A computer monitor was stolen from an apartment in the 200 block of West Penn Avenue in a burglary that occurred between April 27 and 30. A back window was broken and the monitor stolen, which was found broken around the side of the apartment.

• Melvin Felton, 51, of Carlisle was charged with retail pilferage at Walmart at 10:35 a.m. April 18. According to police, Felton was found in the parking lot in possession of numerous items from the aggregate, totaling $1,171.

• Jeffrey Rexrode II, 26, and Erin Rexrode, 30, both of Maryland, were charged with disorderly comportment, public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia in the first block of South Hanover Street in Carlisle at 3:04 a.m. April 21. According to control, officers responded to a disturbance at Comfort Suites. They went to the room where they heard loud yelling, crying and slamming, which had awoken other guests. Protect say the woman had been injured during the dispute. Multiple drug paraphernalia items were found lying in plain view, policewomen said. The man was arrested and the woman was taken to Carlisle ER for treatment of her injuries.
