Changing from 16" Lexus Wheels On My Rx300 to 18" Lexus wheels will this affect my spedometer?
So I upgraded 16 "rims on my stock RX300 2004-06 to 18" wheels. Does this affect my speed or something? Should anything be done about this? Thanks.

I really like the way the stock IS250 wheels look so ive been around looking for them, but im still not sure if they would fit. I do not want to get something extra, such as the various sources of the lift or to lower the car. I just want to slap them on.
