2000 mitsubishi eclipse hood latch cable broken under hood how do i get the hood open?
Keep the hood release wire handle to open from inside the car with a little or better yet, have someone help you when you pull up on the hood. It must be free of the latch to let you enter the mechanism to solve.

I bought a 2000 eclipse and I need a new roof (as the one knock I have is all about. I think everything is $ 300 and more caps. Anyone know of a good website that might have some cheaper with maybe some kind of air at the top of it?
If you pay $300 you should just buy a carbon fiber for 100 more. My 95 stock eclipse hood was $350. Try ebay.
