how much is brand new evo x and used evo? (manual)

how much is my insurance going to be?

You need to pretty much back away from the fast and furious thinking for a moment and realize reality first(seriously). I really wouldn't recommend you to get the evo as your first car, especially because your really new to driving.

I'm looking to buy a Mitsubishi Evolution 8 and i have found many offers on 2003's.I am wondering if there is a difference between 2003 Evolution's and 2004's.

Nothing. 2003 was the first year they were sold in the US. 2004 is the same car...there were no updates.
